TERMS OF USE

1. Identification of the Owner

2. Object

These conditions will regulate the use that the Owner makes available to the users of the website, which may be modified without prior notice. Therefore, it is recommended to check them periodically, especially in case of an effective use of its products and/or services.

3. Conditions of access and use

The access to the website is free and it attributes the person who performs it the condition of User, who will be able to have access to the contents or even get in contact with the administrators.

The User must therefore read, understand and accept these conditions of use before proceeding to the navigation and/or use of the services. This will imply his/her explicit acceptance and adhesion to them according to the terms and conditions expressed below: I ) Commitment to diligent use of resources, with strict compliance with current legislation, with respect to good behaviour and “netiquette”, that is, to the set of rules of general behaviour on the Internet; II ) The User will accept the terms and conditions or rules for participation in a specific service or resource when necessary, which will be explicitly required in each case and; III ) The User will not be able to make use of the Website outside the regulations accepted by these terms of use, specifically for purposes that are illegal, contrary to morality or public order in any of its expressions, or constituent of a crime.

Likewise, in the event that comments or opinions are allowed, the Owner will not be responsible in any case for the opinions expressed by third parties, although it reserves the right to withdraw or even not publish those that are offensive, inappropriate or, in its defect, in case of having effective knowledge of the published content.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The Owner holds all rights to the Website, its logos, structure, images and constituent elements of the object code, as well as the programming and engineering of the source code. All these elements, in addition to the publications included, are protected by Spanish and European regulations on intellectual and industrial property.

Therefore, any reproduction, adaptation, modification or public communication of all or part of the contents of the Website made in any way or by any means, mechanical, manual or other, is forbidden without the explicit authorization of the Owner.

Any link made to the Website should be directed to the home page, and any other link, deep links or links directed to other content than the aforementioned are forbidden. Similarly, the practice of frame navigation is also prohibited.

5. Protection of personal data

The Owner has adopted all security measures, both technical and organizational, required by the regulations on data protection, more specifically according to Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and European Regulation 2016/679 on Data Protection.

6. Legislation and applicable jurisdiction

These General Conditions are subjected to the Spanish legal system, submitting any dispute to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may correspond.

 2. Objeto Estas condiciones regularán el uso que el Propietario pone a disposición de los usuarios del sitio web, las cuales pueden ser modificadas sin previo aviso. Por lo tanto, se recomienda revisarlas periódicamente, especialmente en caso de un uso efectivo de sus productos y/o servicios. 

 3. Condiciones de acceso y uso El acceso al sitio web es gratuito y otorga a la persona que lo realiza la condición de Usuario, quien podrá tener acceso a los contenidos o incluso ponerse en contacto con los administradores. Por lo tanto, el Usuario debe leer, comprender y aceptar estas condiciones de uso antes de proceder a la navegación y/o uso de los servicios. Esto implicará su aceptación explícita y adhesión a las mismas según los términos y condiciones expresados a continuación: I) Compromiso de uso diligente de los recursos, con estricto cumplimiento de la legislación vigente, respeto al buen comportamiento y a la “netiqueta”, es decir, al conjunto de normas de comportamiento general en Internet; II) El Usuario aceptará los términos, condiciones o normas de participación en un servicio o recurso específico cuando sea necesario, los cuales serán requeridos explícitamente en cada caso; y III)  El Usuario no podrá hacer uso del Sitio Web fuera de las normas aceptadas por estos términos de uso, específicamente para fines que sean ilegales, contrarios a la moral o al orden público en cualquiera de sus expresiones, o constitutivos de un delito. Asimismo, en caso de que se permitan comentarios u opiniones, el Propietario no será responsable en ningún caso de las opiniones expresadas por terceros, aunque se reserva el derecho de retirar o incluso no publicar aquellas que sean ofensivas, inapropiadas o, en su defecto, en caso de tener conocimiento efectivo del contenido publicado.

Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial El Propietario posee todos los derechos sobre el Sitio Web, sus logotipos, estructura, imágenes y elementos constitutivos del código objeto, así como la programación e ingeniería del código fuente. Todos estos elementos, además de las publicaciones incluidas, están protegidos por la normativa Española y Europea sobre propiedad intelectual e industrial.  Por lo tanto, cualquier reproducción, adaptación, modificación o comunicación pública de la totalidad o parte de los contenidos del Sitio Web realizada de cualquier manera o por cualquier medio, ya sea mecánico, manual u otro, está prohibida sin la autorización expresa del Propietario.  6. Legislación y jurisdicción aplicable
Estas Condiciones Generales se rigen por el sistema legal español, sometiendo cualquier disputa a los tribunales y juzgados de la ciudad de Madrid, renunciando a cualquier otra jurisdicción general o especial que pudiera corresponder.
